These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between you and MOA GmbH when using the app and website.
This English translation is provided for convenience. The German version (AGB) is legally binding and prevails in case of discrepancies.

1. Contracting Parties & Scope
Your contracting party is MOA GmbH, Sebastianstr. 25, 92224 Amberg, Germany (hereinafter „MOA“). These Terms apply to all contracts between MOA and you as a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) concerning the use of the MOA app and website.
The contract language is German. This English version is a courtesy translation.
2. Services & Subscription Models
MOA offers an MMA learning platform with the following access models:
- Free basic features without registration or with a free account
- One-time payments to unlock individual content
- Subscriptions with recurring weekly, quarterly or annual fees for full access
Current Subscription Options
- €6.99 per week (trial week: €2.99)
- €49.99 for 3 months (trial month: €7.99)
- €149.99 per year (trial month: €5.99), the lowest price per month
The trial is a one-time discounted intro period. When it ends, your plan renews at the regular price.
All prices include statutory VAT.
3. Term & Cancellation
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for the length of the minimum term until cancelled by you or by us.
Cancellation by You
You can cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of the respective minimum term. Since 1 March 2022, the following applies to consumers residing in Germany: after automatic renewal, a subscription can be cancelled with a notice period of no more than one month to the end of the respective billing period.
Cancellation is handled directly through your app store account:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → MOA → Cancel subscription
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MOA → Cancel subscription

MOA may cancel the subscription with two weeks‘ notice to the end of the billing period.
Account Deletion
You can delete your user account yourself at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. Once deleted, all of your training data is irrevocably removed. Amounts already paid are not refunded.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal Notice
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
Scope
- New contracts: the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full
- Automatic renewals: the right of withdrawal does not apply

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
For contracts concerning the delivery of digital content, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends, and you have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
5. Account Obligations
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Full legal capacity
Account Data
You agree to provide truthful information when registering and to keep it up to date. Keep your login credentials secure and do not pass them on to third parties.
Prohibited Conduct
When using the MOA services, the following in particular is prohibited:
- distributing the content or making it publicly accessible
- copying, selling or otherwise commercializing the content
- creating derivative works
- any measures likely to disrupt the functioning of the services
6. Health Notice
MMA training is an intense physical activity. Before you start training, you should have your health checked, in particular if any of the following apply:
- cardiovascular conditions
- lung or respiratory conditions
- spine or joint problems
- neuromuscular conditions
- pregnancy or breastfeeding
We recommend consulting a doctor before taking up training. You train at your own risk.
7. Payment Terms
When Payment Is Due
- One-time services: upon conclusion of the contract
- Subscriptions: in advance for the minimum term
- Trial periods: fees only become due after the trial ends
Payment Processing
Billing is handled by the app store providers (Apple, Google). MOA does not receive your full payment details. The payment terms of the respective app store provider apply in addition.
8. Rights of Use
Upon conclusion of a contract you receive a simple, revocable and non-transferable right to use the MOA content for non-commercial purposes for the duration of the contract. This right of use expires when the contract ends.
9. Limitations of Liability
Training Results
We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular training or athletic result by using the MOA services. No specific outcome is owed. Training results vary depending on individual disposition and training volume.
Free Services
For free services, MOA is only liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded.
Paid Services
- In cases of intent and gross negligence, MOA is liable without limitation.
- In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
- Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unlimited.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Online Dispute Resolution
The EU platform for online dispute resolution is available at:

Consumer Arbitration
MOA is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Governing Law
German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Consumers residing in the EU may additionally rely on the mandatory provisions of the law of their home country.
Place of Jurisdiction
For consumers not residing in Germany, the place of jurisdiction is MOA’s registered office in Amberg, Germany.
11. Changes to these Terms
MOA may amend these Terms to adapt them to changed legal circumstances or changed services. You will be informed of changes at least two weeks before they take effect, via app notification or email. For major changes, the notice period is six weeks.
If you do not object to the changes and continue to use the services, the amended Terms are deemed accepted. You may object to a change at any time; in that case, MOA reserves the right to terminate the contractual relationship.
